Expats living in Burkina Faso, would you agree with following statement that Burkina is one of the safest and friendliest countries in all of Africa? Why?

  are evenings during the months of November to January chilly in Burkina Faso? Do people require heating to stay comfortable in the evenings? Or is the temperature usually pleasant during a winter night?
