Accounting jobs in Mexico

Hi All,

My wife is a Chartered Accountant(India).She has job experience of 6 + years in India , UK taxation and other audit areas.
She is looking for some job oppurtunities in Guadalajara, Mexico (or any where nearby)

I have few questions on same.
1) What she should do to get some good job opportunities in Guadalajara, Mexico(Accounting , finance domain ) ?
2) What qualifications she needs to work in finance, audit and same domain.

Any suggestions regarding above is welcomed.
