Vielen Dank für Ihre Aufmerksamkeit. Sprechen Sie Spanisch? Da es schwierig wäre, Kontakt zu den Telefonen herzustellen, die ich im Internet sehe, wäre es per E-Mail besser.
    Ich warte auf deine Antwort

Of course, I didn't think of this: You can also engage a lawyer like Aleander, give him an authorization to act on your behalf (power of attorney) and he/she will get the certificate for you.

There’s also a fee due for the certificate - and postage if you want it sent to your country (which is possible). Usually all can be paid in advance by (international) bank transfer, so you don’t need to travel to Germany for this.

Only direct line relatives can get a birth certificate, therefore nobody will be able to help you - you’ll have to apply for it by yourself (showing proof that he is your direct grandfather).
You need to contact the family registry (Standesamt) of the town where he was born. If you don’t know where, you must find it out - there is no central register of births in Germany!
