Am married to a German National submitted my application at the German embassy. My fear is would I be granted the visa to join my spouse? How long will it take for them to process all my docs?

If you fulfill the requirements (i.e. basic German language skills, health insurance and sufficient living space at his residence in Germany), there is nothing to worry about.
The process takes about three months.
