How can we help you, other than giving you the advice below?
How many applications did you send out, and how many replies did you get so far?
Did you start learning German? (You could also mention this in your CV, as it shows that you are serious.)
And above all, have patience: Your first post here is just two months ago, but a job search in Germany takes a lot longer, especially if you are non-EU citizen and don't speak the language.

You can find recruitment agencies on the usual online job boards - many of the ads there are placed by agencies.

You need to send your resume to appropriate companies, not me (What should I do with it?!?).
And since only you know your skills, education and work experience, you also need to find out by yourself which are those appropriate companies.
And, last not least, be patient: Finding a job in Germany takes several months at least - and a lot of effort!

Sorry, but job search in Geramny does not work like that!
YOU need to do your own research, find out what are your niche skills that are in demand but few EU citizens have them (only then can you get a work permit), find out which are the companies in your industry that need such skills, and then send them well-written applications that convince them that it is in their own interest to hire you (they won't hire to give you a favour!).
It also helps to have German language skills if you want to find a job here, so you may want to start attending classes.
    Good luck!
