it doesnt matter u can apply as many times u want even ur visa got rejected .. after all u are spouse of the hungarain resident and it makes sure after u get the marriage registration certificate from hungary .. then no else question left .. let them reject if thy want but dont give up and keep applying .. it wil not affect anything .. only it cost time ..yes u can also file case aginst the consulate in hungary ...
