I am a retired Americian looking for a cheap, clean and safe apartment in or near Durango, Mexico. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to find apt. for $200 or less/month? Also, I'd be interested in knowing if major appliances (stoves, TV's, refrigerators) are cheaper or more expensive then in the U.S.?
