Wife Accepted A Job in Bahrain.... Can Husband Stay Along Without Own Job

Hello, we are Canadian citizens. My wife has accepted a higher management position in Bahrain. Please advise how can I stay in Bahrain as spouse without my own job.

  Yes, Her company ( human resources ) can apply for your visa. First come to Bahrain , at airport ,Immigration will give 3 months multiple visa . Every to weeks must go to immigration and pay BD 25. You can do that for three months . Mean time have your wife sponsor apply for your visa.

  In some Gulf countries, the wife can sponsor the husband. So you can inquire whether that is possible in Bahrain. She should ask her company PRO whether it is possible and what the procedure is. Her company PRO (the person handling her visa) will be able to guide you regarding what options you have. Alternately, you can ask at the immigration department.
