New to Fuzhou

Hello everyone.

I just moved to Fuzhou from New York. I moved here to teach English. I don't know the area very well and I know very few people here. Just saying hello and introducing myself. Any advice on what to do/don't do in Fuzhou (or China for that matter)?

  hi whatsup scott, how is life in fuzhou so far, anything is good? i am back from US a while ago. trying to make some new friends here, i was born at fuzhou city, but i haven't been here for a long long time, it is like new to me, so, anyway, it is very nice to meet you here. hopefully, i can get your reply soon!

  Hi guys!

  I'm a french student and i have the opportunity to go to fuzhou for an internship for the next february. Can you give me some informations about this city to help me to decide what to do..? How is the city? Is there lot of foreign people or just guys who speak english for hang out?
