Hospitality

When I was in Poland I didn't participate in the health care offered by hospitals due to the fact that I had foreign insurance policy (not accepted everywhere). Thus, I was forced to find a place which validates such documents. I ended in the American Clinic in the Wilanow city (or something like that), where they accepted my insurance policy and offered my a tutor who helped me with medical documentation etc. I kind of dodged a bullet on this one, because I was able to find this clinic. Anyway there is a problem with medical care of foreigners in Poland. There is no denial behind that.

Hey colin are you in poland working or a student? Sorry if my approach seems some ward too forward but I have been in desperate need of help regarding a search for a studio apartment for a new student. Its just easier to confide in a fellow foreigner because the urge to search for property or whatever possessions needed for survival while there, is a lot easier with help.
Car registration

Hello Colin,
Yes, you can register a car, that you bought in Poland, on the base of your travel document (passport) and either a visa, or - in your case - your stay card.
It's relatively cheap and easy to deal with all the paperwork. Please contact us if you need further assistance. You may send us a private message here: https://www.facebook.com/justaskpoland/ (English) or here: https://www.facebook.com/justaskpolshcha/ (Russian, Ukrainian).
