I'm taking a group of friends to Tioman end of February 2012. Most of us are regulars and we tend to buy our tickets on-the-fly at the ferry counter. But that's been a bit of a hit-and-miss affair the past few times, i.e. the jetty was packed with holiday-makers.
In fact, the ferry was full and we needed to wait. Luckily there was another ferry that day. I think this tends to happen during school and national holidays. Whatever the reason, we'd rather not take the risk again.
We're going to book our ferry tickets in advance now. I came upon www.tiomanferry.com They offer tickets online. It looks like they just opened for business, but they appear decent enough.
Anyone tried them?
Cheers.
