I am just replying to most, and here you are again..haha

for dutch courses, you will need to contact two government agencies. It is recommended that you go with someone who speaks Dutch, to make the process go smoothly. Otherwise you may end up with someone who will be reluctant to help you. I have personally experienced this.
The following information is for Vlaams Brabant region.
Visit your local VDAB office, they deal with jobs, languages, and training. Let them know you want to learn Dutch, and they will set an appointment with the language school in your area or close by,
It is also recommended to visit VDAB, and be registered with them. This will make your courses free (You may have to pay first, but you will get your money refunded).
The second place is the VDAB referral, called "Huis van het Nederlands". They will place you in the right course for Dutch, at your level.

    Hope this helps
    Frank
