    As you have noticed, being able to communicate is a prerequisite for almost all jobs. This applies not only to Germany.
    Typical jobs for non-German-speakers are menial and lowly paid: harvest helpers, cleaners and supermarket shelf stockers are common, but often don't even receive the minimum wage (in addition to being treated badly).
    I suggest you concentrate on learning German first, for a few months or a year. Your chances will be far greater afterwards. It is simply unrealistic to move to a foreign country and survive without learning the language!
