    I think its crunchy Lechon with Lechon Sauce (second plate) , buko salad (dessert), and native salad - first plate (green mangoes, grilled eggplant, boiled water cabbage (kangkong), monggo sprouts, shrimp paste (colored pink with freshly squeezed calamansi juice, sautteed in tomatoes concasse, atsuete, garlic, salt and pepper).     We have different delicious food we can be proud of, but it depends on which region. The lechon must be served cut up if you are dining with foreign guests.
