    Additional note

A mention should be made that the litigation that I have referred to earlier was launched by me against Gazprombank since my former employer (that was tightly controlled by the state) ended my employment on a false grounds after I had submitted my reports to the Russian Central bank, Russian equivalent of the Securities and Exchange Commission (of the USA) and the Office of Russian General Prosecutor regarding numerous cases of market manipulation and insider trading that were initiated by top management of the bank. The bank claimed that by reporting illegal and dubious activities of the bank I ''disclosed bank secrets'' to ''third parties''. By the way, the first deputy Chairman of the Central bank (whom I reported to and whom I new since he studied at the same faculty of Moscow Academy of Finance but graduated from the Academy three years earlier than me) was assassinated in Moscow next year (in 2006, while I resided in the UK and not in Russia) after launching an inquiry regarding my allegations. Officially though he was assassinated not by my former employer, Gazprom and Russian intelligence and allegedly due to other reasons (not related to my report and subsequent inquiry initiated by the Central bank).

My initial allegations that were related to Finance and Banking were only the beginning of the story and referred to events that took place in 2004 – 2006. Those initial allegations may seem almost irrelevant compared to my later allegations that have been based on my personal dire experience and were much more sensitive to authorities. As I have already mentioned the authorities made several attempts to assassinate me. The reason I am still alive is not a proof of an alleged insignificance of my allegations and an indifference of the authorities.
