  Hi, pradeep.

  2BHK flat will cost you around 26000 SAR per annum & minimum 600 SAR per month per person food.
  transportation will cost 1000 SAR.
  if you want to bring your wife than 2000 sar one time fees for family visa application.
  dependent monthly fees (wife) 100 sar per month.
  there is rumoring around from 1st Jan 2018 there are imposing 5% VAT on everything.

  I want to to say 8600 sar is simply not enough you should ask them for 12000 sar.
