사우디아라비아 공개토론 < family visit visa

    I applied for my parents (father and mother's) visa 4 days ago, got it chambered and submitted in Riyadh. Today I got this status "نأمل تعبئة طلب جديد وتدون فيه بياناتك بكل دقة كماهي بالاقامة وتدوين رقم تاشيرة الدخول ". Can anybody explain me what is this message and how can I get the visa for my parents. Is there something wrong with my application.
    Just to give you some information that I came to KSA in 2011 on Visit Visa (Profession: Electrical Engineer) and later my visa was converted to Iqama inside KSA. I'll be thankful if somebody can help me and guide me to get through my visa application.
