In your post Director you said "Some teachers has been with Newton for 4 years and they are the foundation for us newbees. WE SEE AND RESPECT THEIR HARDWORK AND DEDICATION" So, it stands to reason that when they resign, they will get all the money they are owed, right? Wrong!! Once again Afaf has seen fit to NOT PAY the gratuities due to these teachers who you respect so much. What are you as Director going to do about this? Shrug your shoulders and walk on, is my bet.
