    Hi Gabor,

    It's no problem at all! I just haven't had the time to respond. Your points are certainly valid, unfortunately..... It's the way of the world. I was intrigued by the concept of sea steading and I wouldn't be surprised to see that come to a reality in the future.

    With regards to taxes, the average tax rates range around 20% for most people but it's certainly something you'd want to research more closely. The Azores still very much a product of old Europe, beaurocracy moves slow and with much red tape..... Although it's slowly changing
