    Hello guys!

    I am new here and found this site very informative. But yeah,I'm still confused and need some more discussion.
    I will be marrying a Belgian national here in Philippines this coming august.He will arrive here the same month. Anyway,I would like to ask for some guidance on what documents we need to process. My municipality request him to bring LEGAL CAPACITY. What process we need to get that in the embassy? Can you please help me the detail?I have read the site and have ideas already but i still want to ask to you guys who already done all this things. Hope you could share it step by step.
