    with me i was advised from embassy before applying visa to register the marriage to municipal of my husband and once i applied visa the officer to check the status of my husband already aware that the marriage was registered already in municipal, in municipal you should ask for foreign affairs bureau, they will be the one to accept registration for marriage, anyway all papers submitted i guess to brussel will pass through municipal or either way maregister pa din ang marriage nyo, with us kasi we want it soon, changing status for the work of my husband
