    Yes, it is a must that you provide the requirements there if you really want your visa to be approve.
    you need to set an appointment before you lodge your visa.

    To Jessi Moi, your husband can ask it to the city hall in his place. In our case, ito mga binigay nmin:
    > statement of honor - marital status (this one, its either your husband get it to the city hall but the embassy can also provide you with this when you apply for a legal capacity.)
    > his certificate of residence
    > his certificate of nationality
    > his family composition
    > his birth certificate
    > his passport
